We only collect information that you choose to give us, such as when you send a quote request, call, email or message us on WhatsApp. This may include:
- Your name, company name and job role
- Phone / WhatsApp number and email address
- Details of your inquiry — products, quantities, destination port, packaging and pricing
- Business and shipping details needed to prepare quotes, contracts and export documents
This website does not create user accounts, does not take payments and does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
03How the quote form works
The quote form on our website does not store your details on our servers. When you press Send via WhatsApp or Send via Email, your message is prepared in your own WhatsApp or email app, and is sent to us only when you choose to send it. From then on, the message is also handled under the privacy terms of WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider.
04How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare quotations and samples
- To negotiate, sign and perform contracts with you
- To arrange sourcing, inspection, packing, shipping and customs clearance
- To prepare invoices and export documents and to meet tax, customs and other legal requirements in India

06Third-party services on this website
To display this website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and some images from the Unsplash image service. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies. Links to WhatsApp, email and social media open those services, which have their own policies.
07How long we keep information
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a possible order. Where we do business together, we keep contract, invoice and shipping records for the period required under applicable Indian tax, customs and commercial laws, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
